Welcome SUMMER - First Visit to the Pool!

Summer is officially here!! The weather is gorgeous, the pools are open, and it's time to see some chunky monkey in a bathing suit!! Hee, hee!!

Just sheer, delicious beautyness!

You weren't quite sure what to think of the pool. You love the bath but I think the chaos of your brothers jumping in and out all around you was a little much to consider.
But with how many hours we spend at the pool, and all the fun you see your brothers having, I have no doubt you will be right there in the mix in no time at all.
For now, I will enjoy a tasty treat of bathing suit cuddles while we watch the entertainment from the side of the pool :)

Lunch Peekaboo

Big brother Christian has discovered your glee when he plays peekaboo with you while you are feasting in your high chair! It brings joy to everyone within earshot :)

And now I am going to eat your face, you sweet, delicious angel of mine!!!!

Luckily Christian seems to be quite adept at eating while playing because, just this once, Mama doesn't want to enforce the "bottom on the seat" rule for meal time. Your giggles and your love for your big brother are too darn precious!

Family Moments Cherished - Time to CELEBRATE!

Our family had a big reason to celebrate this weekend....your Mama GRADUATED with her Ph.D.!!!
And what better way to celebrate this achievement than with our wonderful family!

Your Mama has worked long and hard to get to this day. You were with me through the entire writing of my dissertation (you reminded me frequently from the womb that I had been sitting for far too long!!!) so this degree is for you, and your brothers, too!

Your Mama is so very proud and I hope that one day you and your brothers will understand one thing from this whole experience......
Put your mind to something and you can accomplish ANYTHING!
Jonathan, you will quickly come to realize (if you haven't already) how amazing and special it is when we are all together. We are so lucky to have such a large and loving family. They will be with you forever!!

Jonathan was overjoyed by the constant stimulation and entertainment of watching his 6 cousins on the move! He can NOT wait to be running around with the crew!
